Rates

Rates are as follows:

  • Porsche 944 NA (1986,1989S2): $1850.00/day.

  • Porsche 944 NA (1986,1989S2): 

    $925.00/day for PCA Driver Education Events.

  • Porsche 944 Turbo (1987): $2250.00/day 

  • All rates include fuel, tire/brake wear and Track Support.

Instruction

MantisSport permits "ride-in-the-car" driver instruction and has available driving instructors for this purpose. The instructor provides on-going comments, evaluation and suggestions to improve driving skills and car control. With respect to Instruction, this is a private, case-by-case arrangment. MantisSport is not a school in any sense of the word; rather, MantisSport permits drivers renting its cars to receive private, in car tutoring.

Race Car Rentals

The mission of MantisSport is to provide racecars as rentals to licensed racers and casual drivers for road racing on closed circuit tracks, lapping, Driver Ed, Guy/Gal, and Customer Appreciation days. Examples include Mosport, Watkins-Glen, Daytona, Sebring, Dunnville, and Cayuga racetracks.

Other tracks are available dependent upon scheduling/travel arrangements.

Drivers will be required to sign a driver's contract/waiver prior to driving. A copy of this contract can be emailed or faxed on request. For scheduling, contact us 905-844-6219 or email ernie@mantissport.ca

    

 

Transportation

MantisSport owns enclosed trailers of various sizes that are available for transport of client owned vehicles. In addition to transportation to various racetracks, MantisSport can provide crewing and pit support, usually in conjunction race activities of the MantisSport race program. MantisSport supports PCA club racing and NASA Pro Racing programs. Transport and track support, vehicle maintenance, tire changes at these events are available, 30-60 days notice is needed.

Damages

Tires if flat spotted a prorated charge will be additional. If damage to car/engine occurs, see contract. The client is fully responsible for any and all damages.  A damage deposit is required, and the deposit and the car rental fee are both due in full two weeks before the event.
